Most houseplants prefer indirect light. However, some plants are the exception. They love getting plenty of light, and they enjoy the full sun. If your window is shaded and only gets direct sunlight for a few hours, you should consider planting these houseplants in wholesale outdoor planters.

Jade Plant

Jade plant might look small at the start, but when you give it some time and allow it to grow in the right condition, it will grow to its full potential. Jade plants are statement plants and can sometimes grow up to 8 feet tall. Jade plants are also easy to care for; their smooth leaves can thrive for years. Jade plants also thrive in well-draining soil and lower humidity levels.

Sweet Basil

If you like having herbs all year round, try sweet basil. You don’t need a patch of land and a warm climate when you have wholesale planters. Sweet basil works well in sunny windows and warm climates. Basils are happily growing in a pot and will thrive with regular water and higher humidity levels. However, you should always keep the soil moist but not soggy and ensure good air circulation in the pot.

Dwarf Citrus

Even if you don’t live in a warm climate, you can still try planting dwarf citrus. Citruses thrive when there’s enough sun and water. Additionally, they add an appealing fragrance to your home when they’re in bloom. However, you should also note that citruses can get large, so look out for dwarf varieties of your favorites. You should also look for lightweight wholesale planters and provide support with casters. This would come in handy when you need to move the plant.

Additionally, it’s best to plant the dwarf citrus in neutral to slightly acidic soil. They prefer higher humidity levels, so don’t place these plants where they can easily dry out. When you feed the plant monthly throughout spring and summer, you’ll have juicy dwarf citrus fruits.
